Your initial 30-minute diagnostic session with an expert IIT/NIT graduate faculty member is completely free with zero credit card or binding commitment required. If you decide not to proceed with a monthly plan after your trial, no cost is incurred.
1. First Paid Session Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our verified IIT/NIT alumni Educators. If you are not completely satisfied with your child's progress after their first paid 1-on-1 session, simply notify us within 48 hours and we will issue a 100% full refund for that session or rematch you with a different faculty specialist at no extra charge.
2. Month-to-Month Cancellation Flexibility
All monthly plans operate on a flexible month-to-month basis:
- No Binding Annual Contracts: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time prior to your next renewal date with zero cancellation fees.
- Unused Session Rollover: If a student is unable to complete all allocated monthly sessions due to exam schedules or family vacations, unused sessions roll over to the subsequent month upon request.
3. Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Transfer) within 5 to 7 business days. Confirmation receipts are emailed immediately upon processing.
