2. Mentorship & Faculty Services

Mint Tutors provides live, 1-on-1 online instruction in STEM, AP Calculus, SAT/ACT Math, UK A-Levels, and AI Engineering. All sessions are conducted by degree-holding faculty from premier engineering institutes (IIT & NIT).

• Lessons are personalized to the student's individual academic pace and syllabus goals.
• Sessions take place in high-definition virtual classrooms equipped with interactive digital whiteboards and code sandboxes.
• Parents receive regular progress tracking updates following key learning modules.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy

Session timings are arranged completely as per student and parent convenience. To ensure smooth scheduling for our faculty:

• 1-Click Rescheduling: Students or parents may reschedule a session with 24 hours advance notice with zero penalty.
• Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be deducted from the monthly package unless due to verified medical emergencies.

4. User Code of Conduct

Students and parents are expected to maintain professional, respectful decorum during all live sessions and communications. Mint Tutors reserves the right to terminate access in rare instances of non-academic misconduct.

5. Intellectual Property & Course Material

All proprietary study roadmaps, custom problem sets, and diagnostic assessment tools provided during mentorship remain the intellectual property of Mint Tutors. Students are granted a personal license to use these materials for individual study.

6. Month-to-Month Subscriptions & Guarantees

All packages operate on a month-to-month basis with zero mandatory annual lock-in contracts. Initial 30-minute diagnostic sessions are 100% free with zero financial obligation.
